At HobbyFlow, we take pride in the unique, passion-driven designs we create for our community. Because each T-shirt is printed specifically for your order, we maintain a strict No Refunds and No Returns policy.
1. Final Sale Policy
All items purchased through HobbyFlow are considered Final Sale. Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection (please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing).

Ordering the incorrect design or color.
2. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. We want you to wear your passion with pride, so if there is a genuine issue with the quality, we will make it right.

3. Shipping & Lost Packages
HobbyFlow is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate at checkout.
